This is a demonstration website created by MyOnePage: Corte Ortensia does not exist, any data entered is used only to show how the site works and is deleted periodically. No payment is ever requested or charged.

What data we collect

When you book: first and last name, email, phone, country of residence, dates of stay, number and ages of guests, arrival time and any requests you choose to send us.

When you write to us through the contact form: name, email, phone (optional) and the text of your message.

Payment card details are not stored on this website.

To protect our forms from spam we keep an anonymous fingerprint of your IP address, which cannot be traced back to you.

Why we use it

To manage your booking and stay (performance of a contract), to answer your requests and to meet legal obligations: reporting guest details to the police through the Alloggiati Web portal, the city tax and tax obligations.

We never use your data for advertising and we never pass it on to anyone.

How long we keep it

Booking data is kept for as long as tax law requires (10 years); contact form messages for 24 months.

Who processes it

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and, when enabled, our email delivery service (Resend), appointed as data processors. Some servers may be located outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use or to receive a copy, by writing to ciao@corteortensia.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
