Demonstration website

This is a demonstration website created by MyOnePage: Corte Ortensia does not exist, any data entered is used only to show how the site works and is deleted periodically. No payment is ever requested or charged.

Your booking

Your booking is confirmed when you receive your booking reference on the website and by email. The price includes accommodation, breakfast, daily housekeeping and VAT. Any extras you choose (transfer, parking, late check-out) are shown separately in the summary.

The room price covers 2 guests; each additional guest aged 3 or over costs €30 per night. Children under 3 stay free in a cot.

Deposit and payment

Deposit by card: 30% of the total is paid when you book; the balance is paid on arrival.

Bank transfer: 30% of the total must be transferred within 3 days of booking, quoting your booking reference. If the transfer does not arrive, the room becomes available again.

Pay at the property: nothing is paid in advance; your card details are held only as a guarantee in case of a no-show.

Cancellations and changes

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: the deposit is refunded in full.
• From 6 days before arrival the deposit is non-refundable.
• If you do not arrive and have not let us know (no-show), the first night is charged in addition to the deposit already paid.
• Leaving early does not entitle you to a refund for unused nights.

City tax

The City of Rome tourist tax is not included in the price and is paid at the property: €6.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. Children under 10 are exempt.

Arrival, documents and departure

Check-in from 14:00 to 22:00; later arrivals can use self check-in with a code. Check-out by 11:00.

On arrival every guest must show a valid identity document: by law their details are reported to the police through the Alloggiati Web portal.

House rules

• Check-in from 2 pm to 10 pm, check-out by 11 am.
• Quiet hours from 11 pm to 8 am, out of respect for other guests and our neighbours.
• No smoking anywhere indoors; on the terrace only in the marked corner.
• No parties or events.
• Small pets are welcome on request.
